Best Practices: Site Lead ❏DAILY: Log in to approve or reject pending cases submitted by your technicians. ❏DAILY: For rejected cases, communicate rejection reason to technician assigned and ensure accurate re-submission. EVERY SUNDAY ❏ : Ensure all cases for the current billable period are created in the app. Billable period in the app closes on Sunday at 11pm. EVERY MONDAY ❏ : Ensure all cases are approved or rejected (no pending cases in Approve/Reject transaction). EVERY MONDAY ❏ : Review all approved cases in the Finance Cases transaction for the previous billable week for accuracy. NOTE: You cannot edit any case details in SAP. Please work with your team to ensure accurate re-submission. 34

Best Practices: Technician ❏Log in daily: to create cases for your hospital ❏Create cases as close to real-time as possible ❏Submit all cases serviced are either: ❏ Submitted for approval to Site Lead (if finished) ❏ Saved to SAP for Site Lead to assign to another team member (if in progress) ❏Verify all case details before tapping “Complete” or “Canceled”. Ensure all products are accurate on a case before submitting for approval. NOTE : You are unable to edit a case once you press “Complete Case” or “Cancel Case”. 35

Case PDF Summary After adding your final details, you are able to review all case details in a PDF format before submitting your case to your Site Lead for approval. To do so, follow these steps: ● Tap on the “Summary” section. ● Select “One Drive” and mark “Always”. ● View the PDF summary of your case and review for accuracy. ● Make edits within each section as needed before completing the case. 36
Sample Case Summary/Invoice SCMP mobile app has the capability to auto- generate an invoice based on the information entered in the case. The invoice is generated into a PDF format and is available to save in the cloud and/or to print. The information listed on the invoice includes: ● Case ID ● Case Start Date & Time ● Procedure ● Doctor ● Room ● Workshift (Scheduled or Emergency) ● Last 5 digits of the MRN ● Disposables used ○ Lists hospital credit if applicable 37
